Level 2 Thermal Insulation NVQ
A work-based qualification for people with relevant construction experience. Discuss your current role, the evidence you can provide and the assessment route before enrolling.
Site-access cards require a separate application and the applicable occupation, qualification and health-and-safety requirements. Completion dates depend on your evidence and assessment progress.

Pathway 1 — Fit Protection
For thermal insulators who install insulation, lagging, cladding, and finishes onto pipework, ductwork, vessels, and flat surfaces on site.

Pathway 2 — Fabricate Protection

Apply for your Blue TICA Skillcard
Valid 5 years and renewable. Application made directly through tica.uk.com.
